4 Bean White Chicken Chili

Beans, chicken, curry and green chilies give this soup a warm, comfort-food feel.

Suggested meat:

1lb boneless, skinless breasts, cut into small bite-sized pieces

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add diced chicken to bag.

  2. Massage bag to mix chicken throughout soup.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump into crock pot. Add 3 cups water. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

  7. Can serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, avocado, and tortilla chips.
