Balsamic Chicken Marinade

This flavorful chicken makes a great salad topper or entree beside a baked potato or steamed vegetables.

Suggested meat:

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded to an even thickness

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken breasts to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken breasts.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible. Freeze flat.

  4. Thaw overnight in fridge. Remove from fridge and let rest 15-30 minutes before cooking.

  5. Grill chicken at 400°F undisturbed for 5-7 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

    OR: Bake in preheated oven at 425°F in lightly greased dish. Drain chicken from marinade and bake uncovered for 16-18 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.

  6. Goes great on salad or rice or beside a baked potato.
