Beef and Cabbage Soup

This soup is perfect for cabbage lovers with carrots, tomatoes, and ground beef. It will warm your soul!

Suggested meat:

1 pound lean ground beef (96% or higher recommended)

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add lean ground beef to freezer bag.

  2. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  3. Freeze flat.

  4. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  5. Add contents to slow cooker with 3 cups water. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  6. Remove bay leaves and break apart ground beef.

  7. Serve with fresh bread.
