Beef Kabobs Dijon

Cubed beef ready to be strung onto skewers and popped on the grill. Add skewers of veggies, grilled pineapple, and coconut rice and this becomes a gourmet meal - and one of my favorites!

Suggested meat:

3lbs sirloin tip roast of beef, cut into chunks

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add beef cubes to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag to spread marinade around beef.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Thread onto skewers.

  7. Grill for 3 minutes per side turning and basting with marinade if desired.

  8. May also bake 350°F for 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through.

  9. Add skewers of vegetables like onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini – even pineapple.

  10. Serve with rice or coconut rice.
