Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Skip that raw meat, messy prep and go right to dinner-in-the-oven with this comfort food covered in a savory sauce.
Suggested meat:
1.5 pounds raw, lean ground beef - 96% or higher recommended
How to freeze and cook:
Freeze flat.
Remove plastic wrap and foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes to 2 hours, or until cooked through. Thawing in the fridge for 24 hours will decrease this cooking time.
Cut bread from bottom of meatloaf and discard. It was used to absorb the grease as the meat cooked.
Serve with favorite vegetable sides like baked potatoes and broccoli.
