Caribbean Jerk Chicken Tacos

Great slow cooker meal to have waiting for dinner.

Suggested meat:

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken breasts to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken breasts.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump into slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  7. Shred chicken and mix back in with juices in slow cooker.

  8. Serve with tortillas or crunchy taco shells and add your favorite taco toppings.
