Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Such an easy dish to bake on a busy night - straight from frozen if you wish!

Suggested meat:

1lb shredded cooked chicken

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Freeze flat.

  2. When ready to cook, REMOVE plastic wrap.

  3. To cook from frozen, bake covered at 400F for 45-60 minutes, until melted and bubbly.

  4. Serve with optional toppings like sour cream, olives, salsa, lettuce, avocado and sides of rice or beans.
