Chicken Curry

This red, tomato-based curry is always a winner with my kids.

Suggested meat:

2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite-sized pieces

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until chicken is well incorporated.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  7. Serve over rice with pita or naan bread as a side.
