Chipotle Chicken Marinade

Adobo pepper gives this chicken a hint of fire. Makes a great rice bowl or quesadilla.

Suggested meat:

1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken breasts to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers meat.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Heat oven to 425°F. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Flip chicken breasts and bake for additional 12-17 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. May also be grilled or pan fried on the stove top.

  7. Set chicken to rest in pan on counter for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve in rice bowl or quesadilla, on salad, or as is with vegetable sides.
