Cilantro Lime Chicken

This slow cooker meal is a great all-in-one meal for busy evenings.

Suggested meat:

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, raw

Additional Ingredients:

juice of 2 limes or 1/4 cup

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken to freezer bag.

  2. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  3. Freeze flat.

  4. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  5. Put in crock pot, season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

  6. Stir in lime juice.

  7. Serve as burrito bowl with rice and your favorite toppings like sour cream, avocado, and cheese.
