Country Style Ribs

These boneless ribs taste like summer!

Suggested meat:

4 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add ribs to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers meat.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw 48 hours in fridge.

  6. Add to slow cooker and set to low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. Remove pork to a serving plate.

  7. To thicken sauce, skim fat from cooking liquid and discard. Transfer liquid to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 12-15 minutes stirring occasionally. Sauce should reduce to about 3 cups. Sauce can be brushed onto ribs or served as a dip on the side.

  8. Serve ribs with favorite salads or vegetable sides.
