Creamy Chicken Alfredo Casserole

Cheese, spinach, and basil pesto combine with pasta and chicken in this tasty and filling dish.

Suggested meat:

2.5 cups chopped Rotisserie chicken

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Freeze flat.

  2. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  3. Remove from fridge about 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  4. Remove foil AND plastic wrap and bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.

  5. Serve with garlic bread and side salad.
