Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

This meal is a saucy, meaty comfort food. Try it over mashed potatoes this month, over rice or noodles the next month.

Suggested meat:

6 boneless or bone-in pork chops

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add pork chops to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers pork chops.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray and dump meal carefully in. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  7. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice - even noodles. Complete the meal with a side of cooked vegetables.
