Indian Butter Chicken
Saucy Indian food is delicious served with basmati rice and naan bread.
Suggested meat:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
How to freeze and cook:
Add chicken thighs to freezer bag.
Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken thighs.
Close bag removing as much air as possible.
Freeze flat.
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Place contents in slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve over rice or couscous, naan bread, and garnish with cilantro.
