Jamaican Jerk Chicken Marinade
This chicken is loaded with spices - but is not spicy - and can be grilled, baked, or pan-fried. Try it with fresh mango!
Suggested meat:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
How to freeze and cook:
Add meat to freezer bag.
Massage bag until sauce evenly covers meat.
Close bag removing as much air as possible.
Freeze flat.
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Heat oven to 425°F. Bake chicken in a shallow baking dish for 10 minutes, flip over, then bake for another 12-17 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. May also be grilled or pan fried.
Allow chicken to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with fresh mango.
