Jamaican Jerk Chicken Marinade

This chicken is loaded with spices - but is not spicy - and can be grilled, baked, or pan-fried. Try it with fresh mango!

Suggested meat:

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add meat to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers meat.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Heat oven to 425°F. Bake chicken in a shallow baking dish for 10 minutes, flip over, then bake for another 12-17 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. May also be grilled or pan fried.

  7. Allow chicken to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve with fresh mango.
