Japanese Beef Teriyaki

Beef strips with bell pepper and teriyaki sauce. This is delicious over rice or with Lo Mein noodles.

Suggested meat:

2 pounds beef top sirloin steak

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Slice steak at width of 1/4inch against the grain.

  2. Add to freezer bag and gently massage until sauce evenly covers meat.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge or in a cold-water bath for 30-60 minutes.

  6. Add to slow cooker and set at low for 4 hours.
