Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps

This marinaded beef is served in lettuce leaves with fresh vegetables and rice.

Suggested meat:

2 pounds sirloin tip roast, cubed

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add meat to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers meat.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump into slow cooker and add white portion of green onions.

  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  8. Break beef apart with fork and mix with juice.

  9. Serve with green portion of the green onions, all wrapped in lettuce leaves.

  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced and separated into white and green

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Rice or noodles
