Lasagna

Saucy, meaty, cheesy noodles in a 9x13. This classic meal is a perfect dinner in your back pocket for a busy day.

Suggested meat:

1 pound cooked ground beef or mix of ground beef and ground Italian sausage

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Freeze flat.

  2. Thaw overnight in fridge. Remove plastic before baking!

  3. Let sit at room temperature while oven comes to temperature. If lasagna is still partially frozen, tent with foil for first 60 minutes.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 90-120 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of lasagna reaches 165°F.

  5. Let sit on counter for 5 minutes to absorb juices.

  6. Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
