Maple Dijon Marinated Pork Chops

This is one of my family’s favorites! The trick is to cook until just barely done. Don’t overcook!

Suggested meat:

6 pork chops

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add pork chops to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers pork chops.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Grill 375F 4-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145F. May also be baked or cooked in crock pot.
