Maple Dijon Pulled Chicken

This saucy chicken makes great toasted sliders.

Suggested meat:

2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add meat to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers meat.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump in slow cooker and set on low for about 4-6 hours.

  7. Shred the chicken and let it cook in the sauce for about 15 minutes more.

  8. Serve on a toasted bun, salad, or in a wrap with lettuce and tomato.
