Raspberry Chipotle Chicken

A fruity chicken entree to spice up your menu. The best part is how many different ways you can eat it!

Suggested meat:

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, raw

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken breasts to gallon freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible. Place with quart bag into LABELED gallon bag.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump chicken bag in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.

  7. Shred or slice chicken before serving. Use the quart bag of additional raspberry sauce to brush onto chicken as desired.

  8. This chicken is great with rice, in sandwiches, on salad, even on nacho chips.
