Roast Beef Sandwiches

Bring the sandwich shop home with this slow cooker recipe.

Suggested meat:

1.5 pounds of sliced deli beef

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add deli beef to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers deli beef.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump in crock pot and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours.

  7. Serve with rolls and sharp provolone cheese. Can even toast the cheese on the bread in the oven before adding juicy meat.
