Salsa Verde Pork Tacos
This is one of my favorites because it is so versatile. You can serve this meat in tacos or in a rice bowl with all your favorite toppings. Put it in quesadillas or on top of hash browns and eggs. Go really crazy and use it on top of nachos. So many possibilities!
Suggested meat:
2 pounds boneless pork roast, fat trimmed
How to freeze and cook:
Add pork roast to freezer bag.
Massage bag until sauce evenly covers pork roast.
Close bag removing as much air as possible.
Freeze flat (as possible).
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Dump in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred pork and mix with sauce in crock pot.
