Teriyaki Chicken with Vegetables
This Asian-inspired slow cooker meal only needs rice to complete it. Great for busy weeknights!
Suggested meat:
1.5lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
How to freeze and cook:
Add sliced chicken to freezer bag.
Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken.
Close bag removing as much air as possible.
Freeze flat.
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Dump in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Optional: To thicken the sauce, whisk 1/2 cup cooked sauce with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch and return to crock pot. Cook on high for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
