Turkey Black Bean Chili
This filling soup is a great slow cooker meal for busy nights.
Suggested meat:
1 pound ground turkey, raw (can substitute lean ground beef 96% or higher recommended)
How to freeze and cook:
Add ground turkey to freezer bag.
Allow sauce to evenly cover ground turkey.
Close bag removing as much air as possible.
Freeze flat.
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Dump in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Break apart ground turkey and stir.
Serve with cheese, chips and other favorite toppings.
