Tuscan Chicken Tortellini

This is a quick one-pot meal that can be served alone or with a salad.

Suggested meat:

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, raw, cut into bite-sized pieces

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken pieces to sauce bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible. Place inside labeled bag along with tortellini.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw ONLY chicken sauce bag overnight in fridge.

  6. Add chicken sauce to large skillet, pot, or sauté pan.

  7. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  8. Add frozen tortellini and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until pasta is tender and chicken is cooked through.

  9. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese with side salad.
