Zesty BBQ Chicken

This shredded chicken makes a great slider sandwich for breezy summer evenings.

Suggested meat:

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 small)

How to freeze and cook:

  1. Add chicken breasts to freezer bag.

  2. Massage bag until sauce evenly covers chicken.

  3. Close bag removing as much air as possible.

  4. Freeze flat.

  5. Thaw overnight in fridge.

  6. Dump freezer meal into slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.

  7. Shred chicken and stir to combine.

  8. Serve on sandwich rolls with a salad.
